Billy Brown is owner and principal of Billy’s Rebuilds. A Houston native, Billy served in the U.S. Army and attended the University of Houston. He founded Billy’s Rebuilds in 2005.
Billy is HVAC/R certified (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
